Silver Sneakers

Silver Sneakers is a program for senior citizens through Humana or Medicare Advantage that could qualify members for a FREE gym membership. Elgibity can be verified through the Tivity website by checking Name, Zip, and DOB. Insurance companies will reimburse the gym for per visit. Any member who utilizes this program must check in each visit.
